Neon project was developed to participate in the 4th ENECA, which took place in Ouro Preto, a city in the south of Minas Gerais. Unlike the current days, the rule limited the weight to 120lb, and the fights took place between several robots simultaneously.

This was a project of great impact in 2004 because never before had a team gathered two weapons in a single robot, reaching third place in the category.
