Besourinho, developed in 2016, is an autonomous robot, in the mini sumo category. This was Uairrior’s first project for this category, with the Winter Challenge 2017 being its first competition.

Its ramps are made of steel and the robot recognizes the opponent by infrared distance sensors, during the fight.

The development of autonomous robots has gained more space in the team, and the results have already begun to appear. Despite some technical problems, we won seventh place at Winter Challenge XIV and third place at Bosch 2018. This shows how promising this project is.
